Our Founder
Kim Grimmick has an EdD in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. Additionally, Dr. Grimmick received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. Kim has over two decades of experience working with leaders to implement practices that are both inclusive and effective.
